江蘇省泰興虹橋工業(yè)園區(qū)，始建于2001年9月，2005年被正式批準(zhǔn)為省級(jí)工業(yè)園區(qū)。區(qū)內(nèi)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)為船舶制造、生物醫(yī)藥、機(jī)械鑄造、輕工電子等。園區(qū)近海瀕江，水陸交通便捷，地理位置優(yōu)越，經(jīng)過多年建設(shè)，園區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套齊全，項(xiàng)目投資服務(wù)優(yōu)質(zhì)高效。

項(xiàng)目主要內(nèi)容：

虹橋工業(yè)園區(qū)以招商引資為平臺(tái)，確立了“政府搭臺(tái)、企業(yè)唱戲”的開發(fā)建設(shè)模式，吸引香港凱旭集團(tuán)、上海惠天然投資有限公司、南通五建公司合資成立了江蘇欣榮投資有限公司，由欣榮投資公司與園區(qū)合作成立虹橋新城建設(shè)開發(fā)有限公司，打包負(fù)責(zé)新城的土地整理、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、景觀綠化、水系打造以及招商和開發(fā)工作。目前，江西華星、江蘇一建、上海倪氏集團(tuán)等大型企業(yè)已經(jīng)加盟虹橋新城的開發(fā)建設(shè)。歡迎各大型集團(tuán)企業(yè)投資加盟虹橋新城的開發(fā)建設(shè)。

Project undertaker profile:  Taixing Hongqiao Industrial Park was founded in Sep. 2001.It was approved as provincial industrial zone in 2005. The leading industries are shipbuilding, bio-medicine, machinery casting, light industry and electronics etc. After years of construction, the infrastructures of the park are complete and the services of the project investment are high-quality and efficient.

Project Contents: Hongkong Kaixu Group、Shanghai Hui Tianran Investment Co.,ltd. and Nantong No.5 Construction Company established Jiangsu Xinrong Invesment Co.,Ltd.  Jiangsu Xinrong Invesment Co.,Ltd.cooperats with the zone to establish HongqiaoNew CityBuilding and Development Co.,ltd.which takes charge of land consolidation、infrastructure、greening、river system and attracting investment. At present, many large enterprises have already joined in the development of new city, such as Jiangxi Huaxing、Jiangsu No.1 Construction Company、Shanghai Ni Group.
