江蘇省泰興經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)是江蘇省沿江重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的化工園區(qū)，2005年被中國石油和化工工業(yè)協(xié)會命名為“中國精細(xì)化工（泰興）開發(fā)園區(qū)”，園區(qū)規(guī)劃面積85平方公里，已建成面積約20平方公里，匯集了美、德、英、法、日、新加坡及港澳臺等國家和地區(qū)的企業(yè)160多家。

項目主要內(nèi)容：

改質(zhì)瀝青用于生產(chǎn)煉鋼用石墨電極、電解鋁及航空電機(jī)用電刷等。隨著我國大型電解鋁企業(yè)及石墨電極生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的較快的發(fā)展，我國電解鋁產(chǎn)量及超高功率石墨電極的生產(chǎn)量將快速增長，改質(zhì)瀝青的需求量也將相應(yīng)增長。2010年國內(nèi)市場改質(zhì)瀝青需求已達(dá)150萬噸/年，預(yù)計到2015年將達(dá)300萬噸/年。

目前，泰興經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)20萬噸/年瀝青倉儲項目正在籌建中，預(yù)計至2012年年底可竣工運(yùn)營，屆時可基本滿足該項目原料需求，大大降低了企業(yè)的原料運(yùn)輸成本。

Taixing Economic Development Zone

Project undertaker profile: Taixing economic development zone is the along-river key zone in Jiangsu. In 2005, it was named as “China Fine-chemical (Taixing) Park” by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association with 85km² planning square. There are 150 enterprises from America、Germany、England、 France、Japan、Singapore、Hong Kong、Macao and Taiwan in the zone.

Market Analysis: The modified asphalt is used for electrolytic aluminum、electric brush for aero dynamo、graphite electrode for steel-making. With the rapid development of large electrolytic aluminum enterprises and graphite electrode enterprises, the output of aluminum and graphite electrode is increasing and the demand of modified asphalt is increasing too. In 2010, the demand of modified asphalt reach 1.5 million tons/year in domestic market, in 2015, it can reach 3 million tons/year.

 At present, the storage building of 200,000 tons/year asphalt is preparing which can be completed in the end of 2012. It can meet the demand of raw material and reduce the transport cost of enterprises.
